Will I be charged any duties or taxes for my order?Yes, you will be charged any duties or taxes required in Belgium or in the jurisdiction where delivery takes place.

My artwork arrived damagedPlease email a photo and your UPS shipping document to support@beamingdesign.eu and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?Upon shipping, we will e-mail you the UPS tracking number that allows you to track your order.

My artwork has not yet arrivedIt can take up to 10 weeks because every single artwork needs to be signed and numbered by the artist. If you have not received your order 12 weeks after your placed your order and received an order confirmation, please contact support@beamingdesign.eu

Can I cancel my order?Prior to shipping, you can cancel your order by sending a message, including your invoice number, to support@beamingdesign.eu

How do I place an order?You can place an order by going to our online shop and buying a product.

Can I change my shipping address?Yes, you can change your shipping address between the date you place your order up to the date you receive a tracking number. However, any changes may result in additional charges due to tax and shippng costs.

How can I get a transactional or VAT invoice for my purchase?We will e-mail your invoice within 48 hours after receving payment. This invoice includes details with regards to VAT and shipping. For companies, please enter your own tax registration number in the "Additional Information" entry box.

What happens if I entered an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout?You can amend your address by logging in as a member and changing or completing the address.

Delivery ExceptionsIn some regions, we are unable to deliver due to international restrictions or limitations in delivery. In such matters we reserve the right to refund your purchase.

I want to receive my artwork framed- what should I do?Beamingdesign does not offer this service. Our artwork is not sold with a frame. Our art is H UV LED printed in standard sizes that allow for you to buy a frame of your choice.

I have received the wrong artwork, what should I do?"Please email a photo of the artwork and certificate to support@beamingdesign.eu and we will help you as soon as possible

What payment methods are accepted?We accept payments via Paypal, major credit cards such as Visa, CartesBancaires, ChinaUnionPay, Diner Express, Discover Card, Electron, JCB, Maestro, Master Card and American Express as well as Klarna and some local banking systems.

What currency can I pay in?All our prices are in Euro. In case you live outside the Euro-zone, your card provider will pay us in Euro's and charge you in your local currency. We do not provide conversion of our products into other currencies

How do I add or remove my payment card information from my account?If you log in to our members area, please go to "My Payment Methods" and add or remove any card information.

How will my artwork be shipped?Beamingdesign.eu ships all products via UPS.

What destinations do we ship to?We aim to ship to everywhere in the world provided there are no laws or regulations that prevent us from doing so. Countries we cannot ship to are North-Korea and South-Sudan.

How long does the delivery take?Each art work is signed and hand sealed. We aim to ship within 5 weeks. However, in certain circumstances, delivery could take as long as 10 weeks.

I think my order has been lost - how do I receive a refund?Please send an e-mail to support@beamingdesign.eu that includes your invoice number and we will contact you. We will first set out a request at UPS to see if the item could potentially still be delivered. In case this is not possible, we aim to refund you as soon as possible thereafter.
